Credit, debit, Flex Pay, and HSA card payments are accepted at time of service.

Insurance: I do not directly bill insurance companies but I can provide you with the paperwork you need to seek reimbursement yourself.

• ​I can provide you with monthly invoices that you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for your therapy appointments.  Some therapists are contracted providers through certain insurance companies while others are not. I am not currently contracted with any insurance providers.  All non-contracted providers will be reimbursed at the non-contracted or out-of-network provider rate listed on your insurance plan.  If you are interested in this option, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to determine whether or not you are eligible for mental health benefits, out-of-network reimbursement, and for any pre-authorization.

Due to the high population of LDS clients in this area, LDS Bishop pay is accepted for those with that option available to you. Depending on need, there are even options at many credit unions and banks to get small loans for therapy. Talk to me and we can find a way to make therapy affordable for you.
